Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at service@goalnations.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will send you a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in original packaging
- Ship to the provided return address (customer pays return shipping unless item is defective)
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for size or color issues (one exchange per order). To request an exchange, follow the return process above and specify the replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/wrong item: we cover return shipping
- Change of mind: customer pays return shipping
