At Goal Nations, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Refundable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Digital downloads

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, as long as they have not been shipped. Contact us immediately at service@goalnations.com to request cancellation.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank first. If the issue persists, contact us at service@goalnations.com.
